Every student has a profile page that gives you a complete view of their information, schedule, assignments, and history.
Accessing a student’s profile
Click on any student’s name in the Students list to open their profile.
What’s on the profile
Student Details
- Name, email, phone
- Instrument and skill level
- Lesson duration and price
- Active/inactive status
- Tags and notes
Schedule
- Upcoming lessons
- Recurring schedule information (day, time, frequency)
- Quick link to add a new lesson
Family
- Assigned family with contact info
- Quick link to message the family
- Portal access status
Assignments
- Currently active assignments
- Completion status for each
Resources
- Resources assigned to this student
- Quick access to download
Practice Goals
- Current weekly practice goals
- Progress toward goals
Attendance History
- List of all past lessons with attendance status
- Notes from each lesson
Quests
- Active quests for this student
- Quest progress
Editing from the profile
You can edit the student’s details directly from their profile by clicking the edit button. This is the same as editing from the Students list — just a different entry point.
Portal preview
Click Preview Portal on a student’s profile to see exactly what their family sees in the Student Portal. This opens a portal preview in a new tab.
