Upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited students, Stripe payments, auto-invoicing, calendar sync, and more.

How to upgrade

Your account upgrades immediately and all Pro features are available right away.

What happens when you upgrade

• Student limit removed — Add as many students as you need
• Stripe payments enabled — Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments
• Auto-invoicing unlocked — Set up recurring invoice templates
• Calendar sync available — Generate an iCal feed URL
• Makeup credits enabled — Track and manage makeup lesson credits
• Unlimited broadcasts — Send as many announcements as you want
• More storage — Upload up to 5 GB of resources

Canceling

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription. When you cancel:

• Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• You keep all your data (students, invoices, messages, etc.)
• If you have more than 10 students, they remain in the system but you won’t be able to add new ones until you’re back under the limit
• Pro features like Stripe payments and auto-invoicing are deactivated
