What’s free forever

The Free plan isn’t a trial — it’s a fully functional plan that works for smaller studios. You get scheduling, attendance, student portals, practice logging, assignments, resources, and messaging with up to 10 students.

When to upgrade

Consider upgrading to Pro when you:

• Have more than 10 students
• Want to accept online payments through Stripe
• Need automatic recurring invoicing
• Want to sync your calendar with Google/Apple Calendar
• Need makeup credit tracking

Billing

Pro is billed monthly at $10/month. You can cancel anytime from Settings. There are no long-term contracts.
