Manage your personal account settings from the Settings page.
Updating your email
- Go to Settings
- Find Account
- Click on your email address to edit it
- Enter your new email
- Click Save
Changing your password
- Go to Settings
- Find Account
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save
Signing in with Google
If you signed up with Google, you don’t have a password — just continue signing in with your Google account. You can add a password from Settings if you’d like the option to sign in either way.
Updating your display name
Your display name is what students and families see. You can update it in Settings > Studio Profile.
Data export
You can export your data at any time from Settings > Data Export:
- Students — CSV of all student records
- Invoices — CSV of all invoice and payment data
- Events — CSV of all calendar events
Your data is always yours. You can export everything at any time, even on the Free plan.
Deleting your account
If you need to delete your account, contact us at trynovamusic@gmail.com. We’ll process your request and delete all associated data.
